He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mary Henebry; his children, Jill (Matt), Wendy (Jimmy) and Herbert, Jr.; his grandchildren, Alexis, Gillian Greenberg, James Daniel, Katherine McPartlan, Christopher, Nicole, Brad Hauser and Belmont Race Track; and his sister Catherine Sullivan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
