She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis W. Small and Marian L. Small; her husband Jeff; her son Dana; her brother Frank; and her friend Bob Dubis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Marianne Hirschman (Bob) of Brewster and Marjorie Weishaar (Steve McGarvey) of Providence; her grandchildren, Allison Wetzel (Mark), Katy Killilea (Joe), Annie McGarvey (Rod Nadeau) and Evan McGarvey; and her great grandchildren, Abby Wetzel (Kit Dillon), Melanie Wetzel, Jack, Briggs Killilea, Conor, Emma Nadeau, Winslow and Ignatius McGarvey.
