She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Ruth Jackson and James Vernon Jackson; her siblings, Walter White, Steven White, Frederick White (Tuna), Richard White, Christopher White, Mamie Cranston, Cynthia Jean-Charles, Carol Jackson, Elizabeth Washington and Barbara Jackson-Carnes; her nephew Jermaine Jackson; and her great-nephews, Dominic White and Travis White.

She is survived by: her close friend Charlie Diggs; her daughter Mary Woods; her grandchildren, Courtney Marsh Jr., Yolanda Jones, Kristen Jones and Joshua Woods; her granddaughter-in-law Tasia Marsh; her goddaughter Jazmin Jackson; and her grandchildren, Jalen Vasquez, Elijah Vasquez, Ronnie Davis Jr. (Junie), Janiyah Graves, Mickey Copland Jr. (MJ), Cason Marsh, Lenni Marsh and Bella Jones.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hannemann Funeral Home, Inc. (88 S Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960).
