He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Scarpulla; his children, Laurie Mayernik (Vincent), Lisa Calabro (Thomas), Lynn West (Christopher) and Melissa McCormick (Andre); his grandchildren, Jessica, Joe Mayernik (Erin), Christopher (Lexy), Taylor West, Nicole, Mason Ladlee, Michael, Matthew, Thomas Calabro, Payton, Gavin Scarpulla and Khyan Gaddy; and his sisters, Helen Jean, Pat O'Gorman and Phyllis Chalsen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and a multitude of friends.
