He was predeceased by: his father John Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Mary Sullivan; his siblings, John Sullivan (Lisa) of Alexandria, VA, Patrick Sullivan (Melanie) of Valley Cottage, NY, Brendan Sullivan (Danielle) of Arlington, MA and Kathleen Sullivan (Kevin Zadourian) of Wilton, CT.; and his nieces and nephews, Eden, Fiona, Declan, Eamonn, Tressa, Cecilia, Sophia, Owen, Kellen, Clara and Serafina.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Brian are appreciated and may be directed to the Covenant House New York.
