He is survived by: his wife Donna Cummings Felter; his daughters, Jill Felter Krist (Michael) of Nanuet, NY and Alison Felter McNulty (Joey Sparks) of Leesburg, FL.; his granddaughter Jaclyn Krist of Nanuet, NY; his sister Eunice Boynton of Sandspoint, ID; his nieces, Eunice Russo of Colorado and Martha Mitchell of Texas; and his nephew L. Alan Williams of Kansas.
