He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Homer Phillips and Eva Phillips (Harris); his children, Robert Taylor of Florida, James Taylor (Becky) of Nunda, Pam Phillips of Rochester, Norman Phillips Jr. of Ontario and Cheryl Phillips of Rochester; his sister Rosemary Phillips of Virginia; and his wife Pauline. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
