He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ziby McDowell and Catherine McDowell (O'Reilly); and his children, Tina Yaw (Charlie) of Maryland, Kim DioGuardi of Nunda, Dean Pearl of Honeoye Falls, Tim McDowell (Sue) of Gainesville, Wendy Derrenbacher (Dan) of Hunt, Shawn McDowell of Florida and Catherine Brice. He was also cherished by Several Nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends.
