Adam Perham Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2021, at the age of 38, Adam Perham of Nunda, New York, born in Seiling, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Perham and Sally Harder Perham; and his brother Nicholas Andrew Perham. He is survived by: his children, Alex Perham of Hornell and Alana Perham of Perry; his sister Corrie Lynn Mann (Mark VanHorn) of Dansville; his nieces and nephews, Aiden, Anthony, Izayah, Damien, Jaxon, Bella, Nickole, Cora, Waverly and Wyatt; his cousin Katherine Pelcher Mazz (Jim Muzza) of Hunt; his aunt Sherry Pelcher (Daniel) of Hunt; and his sister-in-law Christina Washburn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
