He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Jason Jay (Michelle) of Chittenango, NY, Michael Jay (Kristie), Patricia Jay (Rick Senecal) of Norfolk, Potsdam of Norfolk and Rose Ellison (Ben) of Norfolk; his grandchildren, Kane, Kynlie, Aubrey, Elizabeth and Lillian; his mother Shirley Snyder Jay; his mother-in-law Rose Wagstaff; and also Norwood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
