As we bid Kevin farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Kevin is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his stepparents, Coeta Branscum and Allan Fisher; his father-in-law Hugh Miller; and his stepson Joey Bregg. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Miller Branscum; his stepdaughter Sarah Bregg of Watkins Glen, NY; his mother Wilma Fisher of Tulsa, OK; his brother-in-law Rick (Ginger Miller); and his mother-in-law Norma Miller of Rouses Point, NY. He is also survived by many step-siblings, cousins, aunts and uncles.
