He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen C. Mattice; and his sister Ethel Ashley. He is survived by: his daughters, Lyn Johnson, John Johnson of Nokomis, FL, Sherry Deshaies, Henry Deshaies, Sue Ann and Robert Barber; his grandchildren, Melissa, Todd, Scott, Robert and Christopher; and his nephews, Bob, Mike, Richard, Don Ashley and Royal Mattice.
