He is survived by: his children, David (Marie), Erica (Chris), Jason and Sydney; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Avery, Micah, Carter and Alice; his pet Dunkin; his parents, Fred and Donna; and his siblings, Sherry (Nyall), Todd (Irene) and Eric (Lizette). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
