He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lewis and Philemena Janet Guinn (Lauria); and his siblings-in-law, Gregory Chin and Sun Cole. He is survived by: his wife Annette Guinn; his children, Amy Winton (Richard II), Tiffany Alger (Scott), Timothy, Jr. Guinn (Jennifer), Shawna Wright (Ryan) and Jackie Grant (Michael); his grandchildren, Lillian Fink (Brandon), Chloe Winton, Keegan Franklin, Dylan Alger, Logan Grant, Alyssa Alger, Kameran Franklin, Noah Chesebro, Bodie Guinn, Luke Chesebro and Mason Grant; and his siblings, Sheila Jenne (Joseph), Marlene Chin, Rhonda Wehner (Bryce), Kenneth Guinn (Brandi) and Ann Phillips.
