He is survived by: his granddaughter Kennady; his wife Teresa Woodard of Norwich; his children, Alicia Slack (Paul) of Norwich and Jason Woodard (Sam); his grandchildren, Hayley Slack and Trenton Slack; his siblings, Gary Woodard (Carrie), Terry (Terri Ann) of Norwich and Patrick Woodard (Joanne) of Norwich; and his sister-in-law Patricia Woodard of Norwich.
