With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas F. Manley of Norwich, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Thomas F. Manley and Dorothy Manley (Wait); and his sister Dorothy MacMackin. He is survived by: his wife Donna LoPiccolo; his children, Thomas F. III Manley (Andrea), Michael Manley, Timothy Manley, Joseph Manley (Erika), Patrick Manley and Brian Manley; and his grandchildren, Celina, Shane, Catherine, Sarah and Katherine. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
