He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Huggins and Lillian Huggins (Harding). He is survived by: his brothers, Steven Huggins (Kenia) of Long Island and Scott Huggins (Christina) of Oxford; his nephew Bryan Huggins of Rome, NY; his niece Brooke Huggins of Oxford; and his pet Cleopatria.
