He is survived by: his parents, Stephen F. Reilly of Norwich and Sarah J. Francis (David G. Francis) of Norwich; his daughter Annalucia Matea Rivers-Reilly; his close friend Rosa Rivers of Binghamton; and his grandmother Marge Reilly of Norwich. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
