She is survived by: her husband Robert Rowe of Norwich; her children, Brian Smith (Dodie Rippentrop) of Norwich, Erica Barrows of Norwich, Bradley Rowe (Lisa) of Pennsylvania and Jeremy Rowe of Norwich; her grandchildren, Natalie King (Wade), Courtney Gould, Jackson Smith, Addison Rowe, Addielise Rowe, Lila Rowe, Ava Rowe and Chloe Rowe; her great grandchild Harmony King; and her siblings, Susan Pope, David Smith and Douglas Smith (Sheron).
