Foulds (Norwich, New York), born in Hancock, New York, who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Staats and Lowella Staats (Ritchie); her son Joseph Root; and her grandson Steven Root Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Steve Root (Kelly) of Norwich, Alecia Root (Robert) of Johnson City, Daniel Foulds, Adam Foulds (Desiree), Katie Bates of Rochester and Rebecca Root of Greene; her grandchildren, Cohen, Sidra, Luca, Chance, Aubrey, Michael, Aliya, Cooper Root, Zoey, Ava, Lucas, Sammy Foulds, Blake and Brody Jipson; and her siblings, Renwick St. James, Charlie Staats, Jeffrey Staats and Collin Stewart.
