It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose M. Zaia of Norwich, New York, who passed away on December 21, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zaia and Nancy Zaia (Fonti); her close friend Zoltan Papp; her siblings, Joan Nucero (Leonard) and Andrew Zaia (Kathleen); and her great-nephew Anthony Zaia.
She is survived by: her brother Frank Zaia of Norwich; her sister-in-law Kay Zaia of Norwich; her nieces and nephews, Grace Ann Nucero-Alger (Randy) of Plymouth, Sam Nucero (Fran) of Norwich, Michael Zaia of Norwich, Matthew Zaia of Leonardsville, NY and Nancy Stepneski (John) of Vestal, NY; her great-nephew Vincent Nucero (Sarah); and her great-nieces, Natalie Nucero, Kaitlyn Stepneski and Emily Stepneski.
