He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rose Whaley; his parents, Mary Whaley and Kenneth Whaley; his sister Janet Decker; and his children, Sally Semko, Marie (Garry Jones) and Paul Hoover. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
