He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Evans and Tremper. He is survived by: his wife Paula of Norwich; his children, Keith Evans (Joanne) of Norwich and Melissa Halicy (Matt) of Sterling, VA; his grandchildren, Kara Evans (Thomas Reilly), Emily Evans, Ryan Evans and Mairin Halicy; his brothers, Robert (Barton Snedaker) of Norwich, William (Linda) of Norwich, David (Sue) of Norwich and Scott (Shelly) of Norwich; and his mother-in-law Marian (Terry Figary) of Oxford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
