He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter W. Milner and Helen Milner (O'Brien); his daughter Jennifer Anne Milner; and his sister Rosemary Milner. He is survived by: his son Andrew Milner; and his siblings, Walter J. Milner (Carol), John Milner (Peg) and Eileen Milner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Contributions in his memory may be made to the Norwich High School Golf Booster's Club, 9 Gerald Street, Norwich, NY 13815, or a charity of one's choice.
