It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia W. Woodard of Norwich, New York, who passed away on June 9, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Welch and Marjorie Welch (Ingraham); her significant other Jim Woodard; her sister Barbra White; her nephew Larry White; her brother William Welch; her son Jimmy (Katelyn); and her grandchildren, Josephine and Michael James.
