She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Morrell Palmer and Lizzie Palmer (Lottridge); her husband Douglas Bice; her daughter Mary Elizabeth; her brothers, Clifton Palmer and Ronald Palmer Sr.; her nephew Ronald J. Palmer Jr.; her niece Carol Palmer DeVaul; and her brother-in-law Royce Bice.
She is survived by: her children, David P. Bice (Millie) and Sandra Millard (Burton); and her sister-in-law Norma Roy (Dick). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, three great grand-children, one niece, one nephew and several cousins.
