He is survived by: his daughters, Erica Livingston of Edmeston, Bethany Paradis (Michael) of Watertown, TN and Gabrielle Joy Palson (Joseph) of Staunton, VA; his siblings, Thomas Patrick Livingston of Norwich and Barbara Jean Livingston Edwards (Henry) of Norwich; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Logan, Savannah, Isabelle and Abigail.
