It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Lavoie Glasser of Norwich, New York, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband William Lavoie; her son Scott Lavoie; and her parents, Emerton Whitney and Gwendolyn Boulant. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Glasser; her children, Matthew Lavoie of Norwich, NY and Whitney Cook (Ian) of Albany, NY; her siblings, Robert Whitney of Norwich, NY, Timothy Whitney (Melanie) of Mather, CA, Alan Boulant (Robin) of Scotia, NY, Shawn Boulant (Kim) of Rocky Point, NC, Kimberly Harvey of Norwich, NY and Paula Swartout (Brian) of Citrus Heights, CA; her parents-in-law, Larry Glasser (Janet) and Bobbie Jean Polumbo (Wayne); her daughter-in-law Marissa Christman (Rich); and her granddaughter-in-law Cassidy Christman.
Donations in her honor may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, Hospice of Chenango County, or the Ayres Memorial Animal Shelter.
