Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gwendolyn Williams of Norwich, New York, born in North Bergen, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 93, on September 6, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Riegle and Madeline Riegle (Spicer); and her sisters, Madeline Neubauer (John) and Beatrice Peters (Raymond). She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Williams; her children, Jeanne (Seth Urie), Gail (Andrew Riggs), Donna (Bill Stives) and Kenny (Crystal Williams); and her grandchildren, Shawnda Urie, Ethan Urie (Tara), Colin Urie (Naomi), Erin Walker (Chris), Gretchen Riggs, Brittny Miller (Trevor), Adam Stives, Rachel Jeffries (Jeremy), Noah Stives, Kamryn, Brelyn, Zachary and Christian Williams. She is also survived by 15 great- grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
