He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Wesley and Elsie Rowe (Phetteplace); his children, Grace Krawczuk (Bohdan) of West Seneca, NY, Katheryn Inglis (Philip) of Milton, PA, Charles Rowe (Doreen) of Norwich, Mary Traver (Darryl) of Deland, FL, Robert Rowe (Sheryl) of Norwich and Barbara Jenne of Sherburne; his sister Betty Wade of Bainbridge, NY.; his wife Agnes (Meyer); and his sister Beverly Laughlin. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
