He was predeceased by: his daughter Erica; his parents, Frederick Goldby and Muriel Goldby; and his brother Claude Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Muhlfeld Goldby of Norwich; his children, Susan Benjamin (Barry) of Norwich and Frederick Goldby Jr. of Hamilton; his grandchildren, Shelby Benjamin of Norwich, Marcus Benjamin of Norwich, Derick Goldby of Norwich, Samuel Goldby of Hamilton, Courtney Shofkom of Woodbourne, John Duvall and Cody Shofkom of Oxford; and his sister Regina Howes of Norwich.
