He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Benenati and Catherine Benenati (Paino); his wife Dorothy J. Oates; and his siblings, Joseph Benenati, Rosalie Rodiquenzi, Catherine Benenati and Thomas Benenati.
He is survived by: his grandson Steve; his son Steve Benenati (Mary Jane); his grandchildren, Lauren Blatz (Paul), Ryan and Katie Fait (Cody); his sons, John Benenati and Frank Benenati (Nicole); his grandchildren, Cascade and Orion; his son Dave (Michelle); his grandchildren, Austin and Natalie; his daughter Maribeth Gough (Dan); his granddaughter Summer; his great grandchildren, Everett Blatz and Julian Fait; and his sister-in-law Vivian Benenati. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
