She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley O'Dell and Thelma O'Dell Sr.; her foster parents, Frances McKissick, Bill and Carolyn McKissick; and her brother John O'Dell.

She is survived by: her significant other Alan Mettler of Norwich; her siblings, Delores O'Dell of Norwich, Brenda O'Dell of Rochester, Harley O'Dell of Schoharie, Kathleen Scruggs (Rob) of Brooksville, FL, Deborah Aidone (David) of Cobleskill, Connie Kern of Cobleskill, Alonzo O'Dell (Violet) of Warnerville, Douglas O'Dell Rocke (Karen) of Altamonte Springs, FL, Donna Llewellyn (Jerry Dean) of Cocoa, FL, Bill McKissick (Cathy Jo) of Castleton, Gert Young (Larry) of Canastota and Abby Cortez of Plymouth; and her grandchildren, Mike Jr., Courtney, Rebecca, Destiny, Tyler and Jameson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
