Deloris D. Westcott Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2024, at the age of 83, Deloris D. Westcott of Norwich, New York, born in Salem, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale DeFord and Violet DeFord; her husband LeRoy; and her sister Betty Carlton. She is survived by: her sons, Kyle Westcott (Tami) and Monte Westcott (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Matthew Harby-Conforti (Justin), Kody Westcott (Amber), Tanner Westcott (Jojo), Hunter Westcott (Brittany Spencer), Miranda Rooney (Brian), Gillian Impolis (Doug Rusch), Erin Palmer (Daniel) and Patricia McNeil; her great grandchildren, Brady, Kilynn, Emerson, Lance and Kamdyn; and her sister-in-law Cathy O'Dell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
