He was predeceased by: his father Ervie Bush; his sister Nancy; and his grandchildren, Lucy and Dakota Bush. He is survived by: his mother Doris Bush; and his siblings, Terry, Allen, Curtis, Penney, Lisa, Mike and Leroy. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and cousins.
