He was predeceased by: his father David L. Livingstone. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Livingstone; his close friend Patti Johnson; his children, Kyle, Cristin Livingstone, Callan Livingstone and Bridget Livingstone; and his stepchildren, Ellen Johnson and James Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
