He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Palmer and Minnie Palmer (Utter); his wife Lillian Palmer (Towhie); his son Thomas Earl Palmer; his great grandchild Ashley Michael; and his close friend Jack.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Shirley Palmer; his grandchildren, Shannon Palmer (Bob Johnson) and Shawn Palmer (Suzanne Palmer); and his great great grandchild Lucas Palmer. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and his new best friend.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grandview Estates Veterinary in memory of Jack and all the family pets.
