She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anthony Meyer and Mary Meyer (Jones); her children, Frank Higley Jr. (Virginia) of Mendham, NJ, James Higley (Robyn) of Florham Park, NJ and Sandra Stenman (Richard) of Norwich; her grandchildren, Jennifer Telesky (Matt), Kimberly Schildhorn (Brett), Katherine Okonak (Brad), Kyle Higley, Laura Rosofsky (Brad), Sarah Higley and Andrew Higley; and her brother Howard Meyer. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
