He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Hall, Charles, Billie Smith, Jackey Hall, Jamie (Robert Hoyt), Angel Hall, Kristi Hall (Austin Hernandez), Cherokee Hall, Skylyn Hall and Dakota Hall; his stepson Kevin Burns, Jr. (Rachel Schmidt); his grandchildren, Jared Hoyt (Alison Mikalunas), Shelby Hoyt, Khloe Hoyt, Gabriel Ogden, James Parsons, Charles Smith, Jr., Dyison Smith, Kasper Smith, Joshua Hall, Yaritza Hernandez and Greyson Hernandez; and his great grandchild Saige Hoyt.
