He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Poole and Mary Poole (Smith); and his former wife Cheryl Poole (Frasier). He is survived by: his wife Gale Squillace (Buyce) of Northville, NY; his daughters, Kerri Tavares (Joseph Jr.) of New Richmond, WI and Heather Poole-Koerner (Daniel) of Wethersfield, CT; his siblings, James Poole (Donna), Joseph Poole (Sandy) of Massachusetts, Edward Poole (Denise), Michael Poole of Rhode Island, Susan Silipigni (Robert) and Margaret "Peg" Poole of Florida; and his grandsons, Devon, Brandon William Tavares and Ronan William Koerner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or Vietnam Veterans of America.
