He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jensen and Evelyn M. Frasier Jensen; and his sisters, Nancy and Janette. He is survived by: his sons, Owen M. Jensen and Jeremy C. Jensen; his daughter-in-law Marie A. Forman; his grandchildren, Blake T. Forman, Zoey E. Jensen, Brody M. Jensen and Karlee L. Jensen; and his siblings, Gloria, Daryl, Charlotte, Susie, Danny and Russell.
