He is survived by: his wife Ann Forgette (Folmsbee); his children, Leonard J. Forgette (Jodi), Lynette Metz (Bill) and Darlene Boniecki (Frank); his grandchildren, Christopher, Ashley Metz, Delaney and Micah Forgette; his stepgrandchildren, Tanya Lupi and Frank Boniecki, Jr.; his sister-in-law Margaret Bergeron; and his brother Thomas Forgette.
