It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laverne E. Gruet (Northville, New York), who passed away on November 9, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ford, Leslie, Gerald, Irwin Sauve, Martha Schultz and Iona Darling; and her son Larry Gruet.
She is survived by: her parents, Howard Sauve and Patanella "Nellie" Kooistra Sauve; her spouse Robert W. Gruet; her children, David, Deb Gruet of Sandusky, Ohio, Jack, Mari Gruet of Syracuse, NY, Ginny Robinson and Ken Robinson of Disputanta, VA.; her granddaughters, Brittany, Beth, Tina, Sheri, Lindsey and Lauren; and her siblings-in-law, Ellen (Gene Johnson), Shirley Little and Walter "Gib" (Linda Gruet). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
