She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Deming and Alephia Millington Deming; her husband Robert; and her siblings, Ruth Simpson, Thelma Deming, Lula LaPort, Robert Deming and Jack Deming.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bim" Vandenburg (Gail) of Edinburg and Susan Bailey (Robert Sr.) of Northville; her grandchildren, Joy Allen (Pete), Donald Edwards, Arthur Edwards, Derek Vandenburg (Roni) and Catlin Vandenburg (Amber); her great grandchildren, Krista, Dylan, Ethan, Kiara, Marissa, Skyler, Tanya, Trevor and Travis; and her great great grandchildren, Harper, Jackson, Noah, Mia, Matthew and Konner.
Freda requested that there be no flowers and donations be made to the Cancer Society, Edinburg Fire Company, Edinburg Emergency Squad or the Northville Methodist Church.
