She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Herrick and Dorothy Marck Herrick; and her son Jeffrey Michael Spedding. She is survived by: her close friend Kevin Bornt of Gloversville; her sister Deborah Porter (Dan) of Gloversville; her nephews, Marc Porter (Bethany) and Michael Porter (Jessica); and her cavapoo Ruby. She is also survived by great-nieces and -nephews; cousins.
