He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his parents, Thomas Christensen and Katherine Whitehouse; and his stepfather Gary Whitehouse. He is survived by: his siblings, T. Eric Christensen (Autumn), Ingrid Edwards and Meg Resnick (David).
In honor of Carl donations can be made to the American Cancer Society and details regarding a celebration of life will be shared at a later date.
