He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin F. Ginter and Helen Hopkins Ginter; his brother Kenny; and his father-in-law Elmer. He is survived by: his wife Tonya; his daughters, Tiffany Frasier (Kelly) of Edinburg, Tammara France (Chris) of Scotia and Tracy Ginter of Edinburg; his grandchildren, Kelby Frasier (Heather), Kamrin Frasier (Megan), Jonathan Briggs, Brodie France (Sam), Jarrod France, Todd Briggs and Marleigh Frasier (Timmy); his great grandchildren, Natalie, Olen, Kayleigh and Cabella; his sisters, Jane Valik (Bob) of The Villages, FL and Marcia Shepard (Dean) of Northville, NY.; his mother-in-law Betty Kenyon; his brother-in-law Jim Kenyon (Krista) of Challis, ID.; and his aunt Marian. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
