He was predeceased by: his wife June Underwood. He is survived by: his friend Doris Fazio; his sister-in-law Dorothy Maier; and his nieces and nephews, Thomas Maier (Joyce), James Maier, Jr. (Fran), William Maier (Carol), Kathleen Caffrey (Raymond), Nancy Macari (Daniel) and Diane Sadenwater (Kenneth). He is also survived by Godchildren, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.
