He is survived by: his spouse Pamela; his children, Alexa and John; his parent Marie; his siblings, Antoinette Terman and John D'Alessandro, MD (JoAnn); his parent-in-law Barbara Doncaster; and his siblings-in-law, Henry Doncaster, Jr., Cheryl Feratovic (Sayo) and Holli Doncaster (Jason).
