She was predeceased by: her husband Horace "Jud" Judge. She is survived by: her brothers, Edward Linborg and Donald Linborg; her children, Donna Gorman, Gary Hofmann and Diane Majewski; and her grandchildren, Billie Lee, Eric, Paul, Cheryl, Emalee, Marnee and Annalisa.

In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made to the church in Memory of Joyce.
